For Shopify stores that sell in more than one country
One visitor.Three stores.Zero lost attribution.
Markets, regional stores and partner stores: SignalLane routes each shopper down the right lane and keeps the campaign that brought them.
You have seen these
- Shopify does not document that its Markets redirect keeps campaign tags, so you can't be sure they survive the hop.
- A buyer in Germany lands on the US store, sees dollars, and leaves.
- A product moves. Its old address becomes a 404 that still gets clicks.
- The order lands on the other store and the report says "direct".
Try a rule
Pick where a visitor is coming from. The rule decides the store, the language and what happens to the campaign tag.
What the rule does
Sent to yourstore.ca
The address the visitor ends up on
https://yourstore.ca/?utm_source=meta&utm_campaign=springCampaign tags kept: utm_source, utm_campaign
Three ways to route
Instant redirect
The visitor goes straight to the right store. Once per session, so nobody is bounced in a loop.
Banner
A banner the shopper can accept or close, in their own language, in your colours.
Notice
For regions you don't serve: say so politely, and never redirect.
Attribution that survives the hop
Every address SignalLane sends a visitor to carries the campaign parameters they arrived with, plus a marker, so the order on the other store is counted once and credited to the campaign.
- Ad click
utm_source=meta - Store A
utm_source=meta - SignalLane
utm_source=meta - Store B
utm_source=meta - Order
utm_source=meta
Orders are matched against SignalLane's own pixel on the destination store. A store without the app installed is not attributed.
Beyond redirects
Cart and checkout
Suggest the other store in the cart, and at checkout on Shopify Plus, when it can serve the buyer better.
- 16languages on the storefront
- 12campaign parameters preserved
- 0lines of theme code to edit
Broken links, fixed
404s become redirect suggestions you approve one at a time. SignalLane never creates a Shopify redirect without your approval.
Linked stores
Link two SignalLane stores with an invitation. Rules can then send shoppers across, product for product.
AI readiness
See how your store reads to AI assistants, and which products are missing what they look for.
Privacy and trust
What SignalLane keeps, what it never keeps, and for how long.
- Consent-aware: cookies that persist are set only with the shopper's consent through Shopify's Customer Privacy API.
- SignalLane stores no shopper names, phone numbers or addresses. An email is kept only with a customer's own data request, for 90 days.
- Shopify's privacy webhooks are honoured: data requests, customer and shop deletion.
- Raw visit records are kept 30 days; daily totals 400 days.
